By accessing or using ZOZOO, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

Use of Services

  • Purchase pet products through our shop

Prohibited Uses

You may NOT:

  • Use the platform for illegal or harmful activities
  • Harass, abuse, or threaten other users or providers
  • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or exploit the platform
  • Scrape or copy content without permission
  • Spam or send unsolicited messages
  • Use the platform to compete with ZOZOO

Service Providers

ZOZOO acts as a platform connecting pet parents with independent service providers (vets, groomers, trainers, etc.). While we verify providers, we do not directly provide these services.

You acknowledge that:

  • Service providers are independent contractors, not ZOZOO employees
  • ZOZOO is not responsible for provider actions or service quality
  • Disputes should be resolved directly with providers when possible
  • ZOZOO facilitates connections but cannot guarantee outcomes

Payments & Fees

Pricing

Service prices are set by individual providers and displayed before booking. Product prices are shown in our shop. All prices are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) unless otherwise stated.

Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through third-party providers. ZOZOO does not store your full payment details. You authorize us to charge your payment method for services and products you purchase.

Refunds & Cancellations

Refund eligibility depends on:

  • The provider's cancellation policy
  • Timing of cancellation (e.g., 24 hours before service)
  • Whether the issue was caused by the provider or user

For refund requests, contact support with your booking details.

Intellectual Property

All content on ZOZOO—including logos, text, images, design, code, and features—is owned by ZOZOO or our licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

User-Generated Content

When you post reviews, photos, or other content on ZOZOO, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content on our platform.

You represent that:

  • You own or have rights to the content you post
  • Your content does not violate others' rights or laws
  • You're responsible for the content you share

Disclaimers

ZOZOO is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted or error-free service
  • Specific results from using our platform
  • The quality or safety of third-party services

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZOZOO and its affiliates shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Lost profits, data, or goodwill
  • Acts or omissions of service providers
  • Issues beyond our reasonable control

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold ZOZOO harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform, violation of these terms, or infringement of others' rights.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if:

  • You violate these terms or our policies
  • You engage in fraudulent or harmful behavior
  • Required by law or to protect our users

You may close your account at any time through account settings or by contacting support.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service periodically. We'll notify you of significant changes. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Egypt. Any disputes shall be resolved in Egyptian courts.
