Can I book same-day services?
Absolutely! Many of our service providers offer same-day appointments. Tele-vet consultations are available instantly 24/7. Just check availability in the app when booking.

How do I pay for services?
ZOZOO accepts multiple payment methods including credit/debit cards, mobile wallets, and cash on delivery (for shopping orders). All transactions are secure and encrypted.
Are prices fixed or do they vary?
Service providers set their own prices, which you'll see upfront before booking. No hidden fees—what you see is what you pay. Special promotions and discounts are available regularly.
What is your refund policy?
If a service provider cancels or you experience a serious issue, you're eligible for a full refund. For user cancellations, refund eligibility depends on timing and the provider's policy. Check our Terms of Service for details.

Report it immediately through the app. We take all complaints seriously and investigate promptly. Providers with repeated issues are removed from the platform. Your safety and satisfaction are our top priorities.
